What is success? Are you successful?

In my opinion, successful is that if we are gallent to solve problems when we face frustration. Success is resulted from many elements that include chances, efforts and so on.In some cases, even if we have efforts to do something, the results still let us down. Therefort, as long as we do our best to do something, we are successful. Remmembering last 3 years of live in Totonto, i havent gotten any accomplishments due to several reasons. Now, i have my goal, and i believe that i will be successful in future.

Who has more impact on shaping a young child's character: the family or the school?

Given my understanding, I believe that family has more impact on shaping a young child’s character. On one hand, when we are young children, we spend most of time in living together with our families expect couple hours in the schools. Therefore, family has more chance to teach us and shape our character. On the other hand, we don’t have recognition ability when we are children, so we use prejudices for issues that we meet. Because parents are people who are the earliest to touch us, their behaviors and concepts deeply influent us, and the effects are hard to remove. Obviously, the family has a significant role in shaping a young child’s character.

What does it mean to be successful? What does it mean to be a loser?Give your own definition.

In my opinion, winner or loser cannot judge only by the results. The more important aspect is the process of working hard to accomplish the goal. Also, they depend on our attitudes when we confront frustration. In the realistic world, we will meet any kinds of challenges in our lives, we have to courageously face them and fix them. Even though we fail in the end, we are still winners. If we are afraid and run away when we meet the troubles, undoubtedly, we will be totally losers. Just like the conversation between grandpa and Olive in the movie Little Miss Sunshine, the grandpa said that bringing your confidence to try it when Olive felt so worried about the pageants contest. Therefore, my definition for winner or loser is that if you take a shot and do your best to solve the frustration. If you do, you are successful. Otherwise, you must be looser.
